I never wanted to just manage things. I wanted to build them.

At DocMorris, I led the marketing and commercial transformation of one of Europe's leading online pharmacies, helping evolve the business from a transactional e-commerce model into a more app-based healthcare service business. This included building digital customer journeys around e-prescription, strengthening the app as a central growth platform and bringing more AI-enabled thinking into healthcare commerce.

Before that, as Chief Commercial Officer at Flaconi, I helped pave the ground to scale the business after the Covid-driven e-commerce acceleration. The focus was not only on growth, but on building the commercial discipline behind it: sharper performance steering, stronger brand positioning, better customer retention and a more scalable operating model.

At NuCom Group, the consumer investment and platform business of ProSiebenSat.1, I worked across a portfolio of digital consumer companies, building the commercial capabilities that make businesses scalable.

I started my career at Roland Berger, where I learned to think in systems, structure complexity and solve problems at the intersection of strategy, markets and organisations. But strategy without execution always felt incomplete to me. That is why I moved closer to the operating side of business, into roles where growth, transformation and leadership had to become real.

My work as an advisor and speaker is an extension of all of this. I work with leadership teams who want to grow smarter, move faster and build organisations that are genuinely fit for what is coming.
