This included building digital customer journeys around e-prescription, strengthening the app as a central growth platform and bringing more AI-enabled thinking into healthcare commerce.
Before that, as Chief Commercial Officer at Flaconi, I helped pave the ground to scale the business after the Covid-driven e-commerce acceleration. The focus was not only on growth, but on building the commercial discipline behind it: sharper performance steering, stronger brand positioning, better customer retention and a more scalable operating model.

I started my career at Roland Berger, where I learned to think in systems, structure complexity and solve problems at the intersection of strategy, markets and organisations. But strategy without execution always felt incomplete to me. That is why I moved closer to the operating side of business, into roles where growth, transformation and leadership had to become real.
